Please submit your Work Method Statement Form 48 hours in advance.
For weekend PM or repair work, supplier is required to submit the request before Thursday 6PM (HK Time)

You can apply for the following job requests:

1. Construction Work
2. Installation Work
3. Emergency Repair
4. Preventive Maintenance
5. Repairing Work
6. Scheduled Maintenance

For Hot Work required job:

1. Fill-in the Hot Work Permit. (Click here to download)
2. Upload the signed Hot Work Permit as file attachment before submitting the WMS Application.

For faxed / scanned requests

1. Fill in the application form (click here to download).
2. Print out the completed form.
3. Sign and put company chop on the printed form and return to HKCOLO by fax +852 2563 8246, or by email to engineer@hkcolo.com for further processing.
4. Bring along the original signed copy of the WMS on the activity date.
